Trinity Sunday

The Pope spoke eloquently today of the need to live in harmony with each other, saying, “We are not called to live without the other, above or against the other, but with the other, for the other and in the other”.

In honor of Trinity Sunday and the Holy Father’s eloquent reminder, here is today’s dose of great art, poetry, and music.

Trinity Sunday

Lord, who hast formed me out of mud,
And hast redeemed me through thy blood,
And sanctified me to do good;

Purge all my sins done heretofore:
For I confess my heavy score,
And I will strive to sin no more.

Enrich my heart, mouth, hands in me,
With faith, with hope, with charity;
That I may run, rise, rest with thee.
